Antwerp City Guides

The Antwerp City Guides are rightly proud of this name, because that’s what we are and have been for years, the real Antwerp city guides.

All 150 are ready for you and this with the largest, most diverse and constantly updated selection of walks in Antwerp.

We know our city inside out and have all obtained the official city guide diploma.

We tell stories, explain, make connections, offer insights, stir the imagination, convey our enthusiasm and entertain the customer.  In this way we make your visit a true experience.

These are not empty words.  After all, the customer is entitled to what is promised to him.

That is why there is the evaluation form.  This way you can express your opinion.  A team is ready to monitor this, make adaptations and serve you even better.

Fan of Antwerp and its history?

No doubt you will be interested by our quarterly, Antwerpsche Tydinghen (only available in Dutch).

There are two ways to get it in in the post:

As a certified city guide specialised in Antwerp or a museum guide with the extra module Antwerp you can be a member of KGvA and then it will cost you 45.00 euros, including your membership.

As a sympathizer / subscriber it costs only 25.00 euros for the entire year. Not only do you receive the magazine four times a year, but you are also informed of the society’s activities such as lectures and guided tours, which you can attend.

When you subscribe in the course of the year you also get the former issues of the current year, as long as stock lasts, of course including postage costs (in Belgium).

Practically? Just pay 45.00 or 25.00 euros on our bank account BE44973113937345, with the notion ‘membership’ or ‘subscription’.

Please also send an e-mail to penningmeester@kgva.be with your e-mail address and your home address so that it can be dispatched.
